We all have our own unpopular opinions-some we may share with others.. are they really that unpopular then? My current tired brain awake writing this at 5am cannot wrap my mind around this.. anyway Some of my unpopular opinions are that I despise the taste and smell of soda. I've always been told by people that my tastes will change and once I get older I will drink it-but I can guarantee that has not and will never happen. *GAG* In a way this next one kind of makes no sense, but I hate the taste of watermelon.. and yes I do drink water. I don't understand the hype with Billie Eilish. I recognize that she has some raw vocal talent most definitely, but to me her songs are just not doing her justice. She showed up to a red-carpet event in baggy clothing- she is definitely trying to not fit in-but as a feminine woman myself-yikes. I figured I would compile for myself and for you lovely people a self-care checklist- for when you are completely stressed out and drained. This list will come in handy when you just simply don't feel right but you cannot exactly pinpoint what is off or what habit/necessity you are neglecting. I don't think it's just me that's experiencing a high level of stress lately.. the new year has been rough guys and gals! I believe to feel better, it can be beneficial to reflect on if we are simply fueling our basic needs. Sometimes it can be as simple as that to feel a lot more rejuvenated. This list may be super simple and something you may have seen a million times before, but I don't think these tips can be said enough. It is also one thing to read these and implement them.
